I had submitted my experience before about a microwave i purchased from IFB. They were not coming - neither to give a demo of product nor to rectify the problem in my microwave despite many complaints.
When i added my feedback here, IFB guys were very quick in telling that somebody will visit me. Instead of being quick in providing actual service, they were quick on social media. (refer my complaint - http://www.consumercomplaints.in/ifb-ifb-microwave-bad-product-and-worst-service...⇄ )
After somebody visited my place from IFB (after 6-7 months of purchase and upon my complaint here), and told that there is an inherent problem with my magnetron and it is supposed to be replaced and he will
get back once the new magnetron will be available. When i asked how much time it will take he said he cannot tell as it depends upon the inventory, blah blah blah. Till now (28 October), since first week of July, it has become almost 4 months, the person has not reverted. IFB is so prompt in responding in customer forums like this while in reality, they do a pathetic job.In my case, my microwave oven was never fine and i
managed to get somebody visit my place after almost 6-7 months. Now, it
has been 4 more months. My warranty is going to expire due to end of 1
year period. After this, they will tell me that warranty is over and
