[Resolved] IFB — for not repairing my product | |||
I have purchased ifb 20sc2 20-litre 1200-watt convection microwave oven (Metallic silver) on 15-oct-2017, facing an issue with the heating. I had registered the complaint & technician had visited the customer house 3-4 times but didn’t resolve the problem, the technician was not well trained in handling complaint, who don’t even know that pizza can be made in convection microwave requesting you to, please raise This concern & do the needful. Ifb washing machine is showing error ac lo,
I have already raised a ticket for this on 25th August and also again 1st Sep, but no one still visited to fix the problem.
