[Resolved]  IFB — fully automatic washing machine damage by ifb service center

I registered above ifb washing machine complaint on 04.03 for not spinning issue. Engineer visited to my place and confirmed that its gear box got faulty and it can be repair on ifb service center only. After sending my machine to service center there was no response from the team even after 2-3 days. When i did the follow-up with ifb team they confirmed me that required spare for my machine is not available and we are arranging the spare. I made them clear that what is the use of picking and keeping the machine in service center if the required spare is not available with service center and that was diagnose and confirmed by the ifb engineer itself. After lot of follow-up with multiple people finally i got my machine back after repair (As per ifb team) on 15.03.2019.

To my surprise now my machine has multiple and created issues while the reported problem remains the same. Even water is not getting stored in it, body also got damage and it is making very huge and cracking sound.

I reported the same to mr. Anuj from ifb and he sent some senior engineer sunil kumar for the call. Now that engineer confirmed that its front panel cost around 3k also got faulty. He had also verified and confirmed himself that my reported problem is not resolved yet.

I am in great physical and mental trauma due to this incidence from last 15 days. My machine became totally junk now because of ifb service center. I lost my faith on ifb team completely.
I need completely reimbursement of my machine immediately.
