I have purchased ifb washing machine front load 6.0 kg from balaji electronics hyderabad and i received deliver on october 28th. I did not get any demo from ifb service centers. I did get a call on last saturday 1st nov, but none of them visited my premises so far.
I have again escalated it on saturday, monday and tuesday again. Service centre person called and told that he will visit today. I am getting this confirmation for last three days, but installation and demo is not completed. I am totally upset of ifb service and frustrated too. I hope that i will get a resolution today.
If not, pls guide me to escalate this to higher management of ifb service.
