madam/dear sir,
i lodged the compliant vide ticket number 13290983 on 06.07.14 regarding my serena 5.5 kg washing machine is not working. one person attended it after one week after many calls to customer care and your local service person srinivasan. Person who came was unable to fix the problem and told us that other person will come next day. since then i have been calling almost alternate days to your customer care and every time, i am being replied within 24 hours problem will be shorted out. I talked yesterday again customer care, i was given contact number of one Ms kalyani, but she is not lifting y phone. local service persons do not lift phone calls. your customer care person closed my old ticket number without solving the problem and generated new ticket on 18.07.14(new ticke number[protected].
now, i feel very insulted and aggrieved on poor response. i have wasted too much time. hope company will take action against erratic officials and will arrange to short out problem .other wise i will have to approach consumer court.
