[Resolved] IFB Industries — ac as well as the services provided

We had purchased a hot and cold ac in jun 2018. The problem being faced by us is the water leaks very badly. It is the third time that we are facing this problem. To top it all delay in services another aspect. Today is the third day that after lodging a complaint, I am yet to be visited by the service personals. My request is the AC is faulty then kindly replace it. It is also requested that the response by the service providers to be prompt in order to avoid any inconvenience to the customer.

I had again lodged a complaint on 31 August 2018 and on 01 September 2018, the earlier date of lodging complaint was 29 August 2018 in ref to my ticket number [protected].Request to send your technical rep and get the ac replaced.
