[Resolved] IFB Industries — again same issue,keeping ticket as pending due to customer appointment | |||
Hi ifb team, I don't know the wrong status update is the problem with pondy team or across ifb service team. I brought this product due to the feedback received from local team but i think i have reconsider buying ifb product. I have logged a compliant by yesterday morning, within one hour they have updated the ticket status as waiting for customer appointment. From then i have called customer care two times and called local team number (No response) which is provided by customer care. My ticket number is [protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||
