[Resolved] IFB Industries — ask money in guarantee period | |||
I have a washing machine of ifb which is in guarantee period. After having some problem i ask to costumer care on 2nd nov. Complaint ticket is [protected] for resolve it and the next day technician visited and told that there is mistake in some part which has to be replace by company free of cost and he took that part with him. And after repeated calling him he demand for rs 4500 for part replacement and denied for the bill. When i denied to give money they close my complaint saying resolved. When i approached company area manager state manager and costumer care daily there is no response and i m still in helpless with may not working washing machine Was this information helpful? | |||

Am still waiting to hear from IFB about the action that is being taken to get my balance refund from Kunal Electronics, Raheja Mall, Gurgaon.
I paid Rs. 35000/- and was refunded only Rs. 28000/- ( the complaint details have already been registered and acknowledged by IFB but no ACTION TAKEN YET.
Extremely disappointed.
