IFB Industries — Bad ethics in Washing Machine Repair

1. A washing machine was repaired vide ticket no- [protected] by M/s Induja Home Solution Pvt Ltd (Authorized Franchisee)
2. I was told that the the Washer motor was bad and was replaced.
3. I paid Rs Rs 4813.00 by chq no ppppppp, xxxxx bank
4. Later, next day, while looking at the removed motor, I noticed that the the Carbon Brush was exhausted, and hence the motor did not get supply to run.
5. As you know the carbon brush is a consumable for every motor which gets exhausted from time to time and needs replacement.
6. A carbon brush might cost less that Rs 100.00 or may be a little more or less.
7. Instead of replacing the brush, The motor was changed.
8. I feel cheated and taken for granted by this violation of my right as a consumer.
IFB needs to explain this unscrupulous activity and take necessary remedial action compensate me for loss
