[Resolved] IFB Industries — broken top table

I have purchased one ifb washing machine model no-senoritaaqua sx (6.[protected] on 12/10/17 invoice no-k6124/1718/01742 in the name of deb prasad banerjee. Mobile no-[protected]. From khosla electronics pvt. Ltd. Serampore shop-2 hooghly. W. B. When they delivered the machine their mechanic found that the top table is defective and told that the company will replace the same within a short period. Sorry to inform that i have asked them so many time but they have not given me any suitable answer. Now i am asking you whether it will be replaced or not? Was this information helpful?
