Sir, I have lodge a complain on 10 dec 2018 bearing complain no:-[protected], From balaswar my machine model is senorita sx till now no one is visited to check the machine nor my machine is repaired. I want to know is my machine is repaired or not, i have call several times to mr. Himansu sinha no:-[protected] and mr. Sakhawat alli no:-[protected] but still the complain is not attended, also i have call many times to your customer care no one is responding to my complain can you suggest me what to do further.
