Dear Sir This message is with reference to my complaint registered with mobile number [protected]. I purchase a microwave through paytm a month back. But it founds panel lock broken but due to less awareness it's not find out during installation. But later on when I registered the complaint NOW your service person asking it's on chargeable bases. Now after investing money in new product I am facing issue. Kindly suggest how to proceed for correction. Hope you are the person who can resolve the issue.
