[Resolved] IFB Industries — demo request rejected without contacting | |||
I raised a installation demo request for my micro oven on 10th november 2018 with ticket no. [protected]. I got a message from ifb in the evening of 11th november 2018 that ticket is closed. What type o[censored]nprofessional behaviour is this from ifb? Without contacting the customer how could you close the ticket. Feeling cheated by buying a product from ifb.
