This is to inform you that I bought a dish washer in Bangalore and the upper rack cannot be adjusted and I have lodged a complaint to customer care on 2th Dec 2017 and till date it has not been replaced in spite of repeated reminders. They sent a mail telling it will be done by 23rd Jan 2017 but it has not been done. I want to go legal on this if this is not attended to by 2nd Feb 2017. My complaint number is [protected] and incidence number is E156895. Latest complaint number is [protected].
Cannot imagine that a company of international level can give a substandard service like this. I will proceed legally with consumer forum if it is not replaced on or before 2nd Feb 2017.
