Hi Team,
It is really disappointing to report that am having a terrible experience with the service delay.
Service engineer attended a service on 17 Sep 2021 recommended drum and rubber change. I paid Rs. 2850 for rubber change as it is not covered in AMC.
Engineer gave a tentative schedule of one week time to change drum and rubber but i did not receive any update.
I reached out to the services (Emerald Services, Nesapakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu) several times but every time the answer is "we have logged the request" but no progress with so many excuses every time. In one instance, they gave a reason saying that the drum received was damaged and requested be raised again.
Finally, they gave a schedule for last Wednesday but nothing happened and no update was received until now.
The most frustrating part is that every time I have to follow up and no update or revised schedule information.
Why should I take AMC and suffer to the core? This is a failure of service on your part.
Sorry to write such mail but I don't have many options other than escalating.

For this mail to customer service, I received a blind response asking for phone number. I gave the details again as I want the problem to be resolved but with no luck.
