[Resolved] IFB Industries — fraud about service | |||
Sir I sanjib sadhukhan being a customer of your company using washing machine, microoven ac etc. Now i want to draw your kind attention on the following fact that i have contacted the customer care over telephone and a service representative also visited regarding washing machine service and suggested to replace and repair damage part. And regarding this he has taken advanced money. But now he has not being any response to attain the problem also not attain the phone call yet. The billing photo copy attached here with. I have purchased IFB 6.5 Kg top load washing machine on 31-Mar-2017.
One month, i failed a complaint because the timer was not working.
