Product out of warranty. Still got a call from free service from IFB partnering agents. He came and insisted us to use filters if we want to increase the life of machine. We agreed and paid for it trusting IFB goodwill. He put the filter at the censor outlet and we used the machine for few days, it stopped taking water. Now, we called the person again and he said censor not working. I told him it's your responsibility as the fault has come only after you installed the filter. He asked me to register a complaint and he will get it rectified. After that he not only stopped taking my calls his, boss Shyam also didn't cooperate. Why we got a free service call from Shyam. IFB now says they have not sent anyone for free service. This agency (IFB certified) purposefully calls owners of out of warranty machine and making money. Why we are the sufferer? We trusted IFB and bought two products and now feeling cheated. Expecting IFB to give take care of the issue and fix our washing machine. But, to our surprise, IFB also not responding to our complaint over email. Is this a business ethics of a company like IFB. Was this information helpful? |
