[Resolved] IFB Industries — if fluff top loader

I am ordered top loader fluff liquid online, but i received front loader fluff instead. On asking him he told me company now not produced any more top loader fluff and customer care people first said that these both are different fluff but when tell them the situation there comment changed. They start saying both the things are same.
