Dear team
I am using IFB AW60-205T Top Loading Washing Machine which is now out of warranty. I called service center for servicing on Dec 15th 2017 but no one attended or called me.
After the I registered for AMC for 2 year but after many follow up no one visited at my home.
Finally after calling one of your senior Mr. Nikhil Gupta your technician is visited at my house and informed me that they can not take machine in AMC because machine’s PCB is faulty first I have to repair PCB on chargeable basis after that they will take washing machine on AMC.
I again called customer care and reregister for AMC because your customer care representative informed me that we will take machine on AMC without any repair.
After that I called many time your IFB dealer (Ritu/ K P Agrawal[protected], [protected],[protected] and asked him for AMC or share the policies of AMC.
But till now no response from IFB or IFB Dealer.
Pls look into the matter on urgent basis.
