[Resolved]  IFB Industries — ifb dishwasher - frustrated - need refund immediately

I had a dishwasher which was purchased in 2011. I changed the salt chamber for that in 2018 and inspite of that it didnt get fixed. So i purchased another dishwasher in april 2018 through ifb website. The new machine showed some error and i was given a replacement in may 2018. The machine worked fine for 2 months or so and then started staining the vessels badly. Technicians came multiple times and adjusted the salt and rinse aid level. This kept happening often. The whole machine had turned white and i kept calling the area manager anand to help me because i had lost trust in the machine and wanted a refund. The area manager has not been very responsive and i have no idea whom i should contact.
I have bought a dishwasher from another brand. This ifb dishwasher is lying useless in my utility for the past 6 months!! I want help with a refund.
