[Resolved] IFB Industries — ifb electronic high-low voltage cutout

I had purchased an electronic high - low voltage cutout on 23 march 2019 with a one year warranty for my ifb dishwasher neptune dx. This cutout stopped working after only 3 months on 24 jun and was replaced by another cutout on 01 jul 2019. This second cutout also stopped working after only one month on 04 aug and a complain was once again registered on 07 aug. Vide my original complain #[protected]. The cutout has not been replaced/attended till date 12 aug. Two cutouts have failed in just over four months and this has raised concern in my mind about the quality/reliability of this product.
In view of the aforesaid it is requested that these frequent failures be investigated by your technical department and remedial measures be put in place to prevent recurrence. Also a new cutout be provided to me at the earliest with a fresh warranty of 12 months as before. Regards
