[Resolved]  IFB Industries — ifb industries washing machine complaint not attended even within amc

Even after repeated complaints to IFB customer care, no one turns up for the service call. The previous complaint number was closed even without making a visit. This is happening multiple times and it is very frustrating.

When I had to take AMC, then it gets done in minutes but when it is a complaint service call no one turns up although customer care promises to attend within 24 hours. This is disgusting.

I was promised that the service technician will come home today, still i am disappointed to say that no one turned up. The AMC is taken by my father, whose details are below:

Updated by Karthik Prasad Ayalam I am in a desperate need for a service technician. IFB support is assigning a service technician - Ramesh who has gone on a leave for 2 weeks . I have already waited for 3 weeks now for the ticket - [protected] dated 23rd March 2019, do you expect me to wait for 2 more weeks ? This is ridiculous ! . Please assign a proper technician who will respond to his calls and attend immediately.
