[Resolved]  IFB Industries — IFB machine vibrating even after repair and Fake bill provided by IFB service center for rubber casket

I have a IFB washing machine(Elena Aqua SX) purchased on 5th August 2018. Recently it started vibrating and making loud noises while operating hence I lodged a complaint with IFB customer care and had a technician check the machine. It was determined that the entire drum, shock absorber assembly had to be replaced. This is within two years from the purchase date and within warranty but according to the technician, I had to pay ₹2, 750 for the rubber gasket even under warranty.

I paid the amount and the repair was completed but when requested for the bill, the technician said he will provide it the next day and at this point, he said that IFB descaler powder will be provided for free. After two days, he provided me a GST bill which just says R/S & descaler as ₹2, 750.

This is not a proper GST bill(bill attached); the two items are bundled together and there is no tax rate mentioned, Thus I contacted the local dealership and spoke to the manager, the manager assured me that he will check what occurred and provide me a proper bill, which even after a week I have not received. Please take note that I will be registering a complaint for the same with GST portal.
Secondary, why am I being charged for a replacement due to manufacturing defect under warranty period? Please confirm the price of the rubber gasket and also share the warranty policy of IFB washing machines as I’m unable to find the warranty policy on your website.

Most importantly, despite all this replacement and repair, the machine vibrates much more than before. I'm extremely dissatisfied with IFB's customer service.

The dealership is actually lieing to customer of the cost of rubber caskets and other accessories. I was cheated by the technician and dealership. Thanks to IFB customer service, they refunded the money and the manager of the dealership apologized to me in person.
IFB Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Only rubber gasket was replaced during warranty. I did not ask for descalar.
GST bill does not mention the items properly or the tax rate for the items
