My ifb front load washing machine was having leakage issue. Ifb technician told us that it is due to crack in tub and replaced entire tub. But when we checked old tub, we could not see any crack. Now technician is saying it is tub sealing leakage issue and there is no other fix for the same than replacing tub.

Technicain was from delta services, pune (Ifb authorised service center.)

We are not at all convinced by technician answers and not at all happy with the way he fixed the issue. We strongly feels that he has hidden the actual issue and asked us to replace tub. He has not even given proper reasoning in written. Just given us bill without any warranty. Really sorry to see such pathetic service from ifb. I will prefer to purchase other brands washing machine if ifb is giving such a service.

I hope ifb will take appropriate action to stop such malpractices and help me to resolve my issue and provide refund.
