[Resolved]  IFB Industries — IFB washing machine Aqua Diva SX

It is been 3 months, we are facing issues with the washing machine. Even after complaining 5 times, it is not resolved. The engineer asked to put stablizer, I have not ever experienced if washine machine needs stablizer and also he said to switch on all the electrical appliances on home to reduce the voltage, if this machine is so much defective, we need it to be replaced as it is under warranty. Every time they send Engineer 'Kaushal Gautam' who has no knowledge and also replaced filters so many times and charged the same still the issue is not fixed, when we asked to change the engineer they dont have one, who says this model has a defect if it has a defect we want it to be replaced asap else get it fixed, below are complaint tickets-

If the action is not taken, I will go over facebook and twitter to write against the company for providing defected product.

No update yet, again Engineer was asking Rs.4600 to put the stablizer, company should bear all these charges when they have provided defected product.

I must say no one should buy any IFB product, they have pathetic service and cheat their customers, they are asking for 4400 Rs for stabilizer now, the product-washing machine simply is defected which is proved and it should be paid from company's end but still they are asking us to pay for it.
