[Resolved] IFB Industries — ifb washing machine leakage

I have a washing machine leakage problem in the month of jun 2017, gave a complaint to customer care of ifb. One person called me saying that you complained leakage problem of washing machine, i will come and check from ifb. I agreed and allowed him to check. After checking he says that its a drum problem, we cannot rectify, we need to take to factory. He gave estimated bill of rs.9575/- including transportation and warranty will be for 3 years. Then bill showing in the name of just services. He took the machine and returned back. I paid the amount and that time there was no leakage, he said that any further leakage you can call me directly, i will come and solve the problem. After a week it started leaking slightly, i called him, he says slight leakage will be their due to drum alignment, i will come and solve. Leakage increased, i started calling him on his two mobile numbers, both are not responding (Switched off/out of coverage signals). The mobile numbers are mr rehan, [protected] and [protected]. I called customer care of ifb again in dec 2017 and told the problem. They registered and sent mechanic for repair (Ticket no.[protected] dated 08 dec 2017). I shown the warranty card, he says that it’s not ifb invoice, its is fake bill, somebody duped you. I was shocked. Once i gave to customer care of ifb, how can somebody comes and repairs my washing machine. How come he came to know my machine has a problem? Ifb mechanic did not accept that bill with warranty. Again i paid to ifb mechanic for repairing the washing machine bill is attached for your information and action. I lost almost rs.10, 000/-, how can i get my money back. Mr rehan is not responding. Please check and get my money back.
