[Resolved] IFB Industries — ifb washing machine poor service - amc | |||
I had purchased 2 years AMC for Rs 7246 for the period 21/07/2016 to 20/07/2018 (AMC No.[protected]. Before the above AMC was over, the service centre people scheduled a call to visit to check if I would like to purchase a AMC when I mentioned that I was interested. They scheduled a visit before my AMC, however they didn't turn up. I called up the concerned service centre number but they never pick up calls. Now they are asking for service charge for visit before a new AMC can be made. Why is IFB trying to penalise a customer for their own service people not honouring appointments and causing mental harassment? Also is IFB not responsible for making one last visit before the current AMC service ends? Was this information helpful? | |||
