Logged a complaint regarding ifb senator 6kg washing maching on wednesday (6th nov 2019). It's been 3 days but no technician has been assigned to it. Never know brand like ifb will have such slow customer response for essential appliances.
Customer care says its on high priority. Still not even a message or technicial call.
