[Resolved] IFB Industries — IFB washing machine service | |||
Hi, I have registered a request for service on Mar 12 2020 (in warranty) and the technician visited my home on 16th Mar 2020. Technician identified the problem and informed the IFB service center to replace the drum on the same day (16th mar 2020). I have not received the drum replacement till now and when i called the customer care they are told that my ticket is closed due to lockdown and the drum cannot be replaced. Also told me that my warranty is expired now and i have to pay for the service and drum. My request has been placed when in warranty and the IFB closed my ticket without replacing the part.
