[Resolved] IFB Industries — ifb washing machine worst product and worst service

I purchased ifb washing machine on dec 24th. Initially first two times i faced issue with program controller. At that time i raised complaint to customer care. After 10 days technician came and told that it is damaged machine, please ask for replacement. I conveyed the same to respective dealer and they convinced me by telling it’s just small issue. They fixed it with feviquick. After that around 5 to 6 times i faced the same issue. Each time i need to raise complaint, it will take minimum 1 week to resolve this.
Now i just want replacement for this. Nellore service point people also not responding properly. I registered with [protected] number.

I recomend that not to buy ifb products. They are cheating us. Avoid ifb products. Go for other brands.

Updated by Sumanth955 No it’s not resolved. Replacement issue from your end is going on. One thing is Your service is worest. Instead of this I can go for BOSCHE.
