[Resolved]  IFB Industries — ifb washing machine worst service chennai

We have purchased IFB washing machine recently, the washing machine's wire was torn by mouse as there was no mesh to protect the washing machine bottom side. We called the customer care on Feb 28th, 2019 and the service engineer says will come today and tomorrow/in next 2 hours/1 hour but he never turn up to solve the issue. This is highly annoying and harassment by the IFB customer care. They don't have time to attend the issue even after 2 weeks of time. The service is so pathetic, negligent and poor service. They are making negative image about the IFB products and services. I hope IFB takes strict actions to maintain its name in the market.
