We requested to replace said w/m purchased from you on the date of installation while demonstration to us by your technician, as we drawn attention to technician that there was uncertain noise and vibration, after that he orally committed to visit again and check in detail.in his visit, he brought with solution that we must have to use ifb liquid detergent and suggested us to brought m/c foot stand. We trusted ifb product as we replace our old ifb m/c which was more than 15 years old to this new one.
But after that problem become more trouble some and we finally register complain as your ifb representative we seen more interested in sub product selling and seems not interested to solve our m/c problem.
We register complain on 11.9.16 with complain # [protected], but problem was not taken as seriously and received automate sms that reply “y” if you satisfied or “n” if not. Instantly i reply that sms to “n”.
After that i got a call, and i explain everything which i wrote here above and request for replacement, the ifb executive after some f-up from me incidence # e150868 generated with respect to problem of my purchased machine. Some f-up from my end were there afterwards.
Finally, i register online complain directly on ifb website on 27.1.2017 and with strong f-up and hyper voice of mine over the phone new complain # [protected] was generated and technician came on 30.1.17, he realized the serious problem, and asked us to wait and he will connect with mr. Prashant sharma (Mob. No. [protected]) from ifb point. We were seriously waited for feedback but no calls or f-up visit was there, after that i again call to ifb customer service number and due to my strong request, executive over the phone from customer service made a conference call to mr. Anurag (Mob. No. [protected]). After a long discussion over the phone i explain everything that from the initial stage i was not happy with the performance of said m/c, but he again and again denies to replace the same m/c and argue that it almost 6-month pass.
My dear customer oriented dealer and manufacturer, my point is, i am not that much of free to sit near m/c and examine performance nor have time to do regular with you all to do f-up, that’s your responsibly to solve my problem from birth, once i recognize i complained and wait for feedback from your end, but as time passes, you have now excuse that now it is not possible.
I am attaching mail conversation for your reference and provide you below details, in hope and trust that you will replace said w/m within 2 weeks’ time to me or else i will register complain against you in consumer court.
