[Resolved] IFB Industries — Installation and demo not done for over 8days since delivery | |||
I received this text message over a week back when my IFB front loading machine was delivered by CROMA. "Your ticket No. is [protected]. IFB representative will visit shortly." However, I am still waiting for the IFB representative to visit me. The service centre has been rude, unprofessional and non-responsive to repeated calls. I am utterly disappointed by the complete lack of professionalism show by IFB and its service network. This just goes to show how poor the focus on post sales customer support is!
