[Resolved] IFB Industries — malfunction of washing program and tub tumble more also very bad service | |||
It's been since nine months we are facing issue of the top load washing machine we had purchased and still the issue is not resolved after having amc also very bad service. There is a complete malfunction in washing program as it suddenly changes the programme to other options such as if we select normal wash it gets restarted to tub clean wash and also no timer is displayed. Thinking ifb brand we purchased the wading machine, but this very worst service by ifb and totally dissatisfied by the ifb products. Also the service engineer is not completely trained to attend the issue and rectify the issue. Idontknow what sort of manufacturing is going on by the company with such bad quality product and service. The company is least bothered about the after sales and service issue. I strongly recommend if any body planning the buy the ifb brand, not to buy at any cost since you will waste your money on investing to such worst brand. Was this information helpful? | |||
