[Resolved] IFB Industries — Microwave complaint not resolved

I made a complaint about newly purchased IFB microwave oven for which I was given ticket id 18824665. A service engineer visited to check the appliance and said that the unit is defective and will be replaced. But it's been 15 days now and still no response of any kind. When I contacted customer care over phone they said the ticket is cancelled and they have no other information. It's really disappointing that a company of this stature has such a poor service quality.

Updated by birender.sikand The microwave was replaced today but I received a used unit! It has scratches on it, has a grill missing, makes a strange noise, and last but not the least, was never packed like a brand new unit. I am very very disappointed with the kind of customer experience I am getting with IFB. Kindly get the unit picked up and refund my money in full. I am not ready to settle for anything less.
