[Resolved] IFB Industries — Microwave complaint not resolved | |||
I made a complaint about newly purchased IFB microwave oven for which I was given ticket id 18824665. A service engineer visited to check the appliance and said that the unit is defective and will be replaced. But it's been 15 days now and still no response of any kind. When I contacted customer care over phone they said the ticket is cancelled and they have no other information. It's really disappointing that a company of this stature has such a poor service quality. Was this information helpful? | |||
