Sir. I S.L.Narasimha Rao purchased washing machine of your company at Reliance Stores Patamata and it comes to repair, I called a technician from your customer service at vijayawada, the technician visited my house collected Rs.3600 including his attendance fee and one year repair maintenance fee and given receipt for Rs.3015 with date[protected] and not given any receipt for the remaining amount. Its clearly a cheating case..
