[Resolved] IFB Industries — no response from customer care or service/ technicians | |||
Ifb washing machine elena stream - not working as control panel pcb is burnt. Ticket no - [protected] for replacement of burnt pcb on 4th dec.2017. Till date no response from technicians. Tried to call the customer care - they tell the technician will call you. Its almost a week, my cloths piling up. I have my dad a super senior citizen of age -89 years. His garments to be washed daily. I am in a very horrible situation to clean soiled cloths Was this information helpful? | |||
