[Resolved] IFB Industries — no response from the service centre regarding repair

I 'd registered a complaint regarding my washing machine that stopped working at about 8 am in the morning on 17th october. Between that time and now
(4:32 pm on 18th) i had to keep calling the customer care as well as the service centres simultaneously.
Even after so much of toil i could not get a single response from either of those. The excuse i got was always different than the previous one.
I feel cheated because we 'd thought ifb to be a world class customer care service provider, which clearly was a big mistake.
Now i have to resort to an independent repair man and extra expenses (Even on a warranty)
Iam very very disappointed.

Updated by Nisha Vinod By the time I was submitting the complaint online, the independent repair man fixed my washing machine and is on his way right now. This is how things are done by dedicated and hardworking individuals. Hopefully you guys at IFB can learn something from this. I have learnt my lesson ( not trust you with service anymore)
