[Resolved]  IFB Industries — non repair of dishwasher for last 2 months and not attending the complaints

I had taken amc for my dishwasher, but the guy mr. Umesh who had attended my complaint 2month back has not repaired the machine. Now when i give the comstomer complaint, the complaint goes to local ; chennai office, and these guys just don’t attend.
We had done several complaints and the guy came two times, some how he is not able to repair, or may be ha had taken some part out of my machine.
Ast complaint was on 14/ 12; ticket no [protected] but response at all.
