[Resolved] IFB Industries — Overcharged for changing shock absorber IFB 6 KG washing machine | |
Hi Team, My front load washing machine shock absorber broke and IFB engineer visited my home on 13-AUG-21 and changed the part and charged 4040 rs for that. Later I realised the part with only a maximum 1000 rs when I checked in the ifb site and searched in the market. So i contacted the person Miryan ([protected]) from Shree Sai Service Dahisar(Mumbai) and he promised me you will get a refund but latar he is not responding .Please help to get my refund and take strict action against such service centre who cheated customer .
