IFB Industries — pathetic service of ifb authorized center - global agency chembur | |||
My ifb washing machine elite front load just went out of warranty and there came an error of the pcb board. Paid 8.5k for a pcb with warranty from authorized center global agency in chembur and the very next day got the same error. They took 2 weeks to come back and the technician suggested that they will replace the pcb as it is under warranty. To our surprize we waited and waited for them to procure the part from goa ifb unit and it has been 1 month they still have not got te board. After many many follow ups they manage to send someone yesterday promising he will get the new board. He (Amritlal) came empty handed and now says it is a motor fault. The agency's way if handling accessibility to numbers and responsiveness is third grade. The back office person harish has done false promises 3 times and does not pick up calls made to him 50 times. The agency manager mr s s sharma's phone is perinially off. My question is - why are you even here to sell your products when yoi dont have service mechansim and do not do quality check of services from your authorized centers. I am not able to under stand the reasons for this casual attitude. No higher officials telephone numbers are available for the redresal. We havr always admired the brand ifb from childhood. Sorry to say but the image has gone down the drain with this kind of service.
