[Resolved] IFB Industries — Poor service and Product M/O IFB 25B | |
I have raised an issue with my microwave oven in july 2021 with the IFB service center ( complaint number [protected]) . After 3-4 days the technician turned up and told that you have to change the board. There was no respose after that. Even after multiple calls, the customer care doesn't seem to respond to our call. After one month they called back and said that board is not available and you can buy another oven. Is this how IFB do their customer service? We are very much disappointed.
