[Resolved] IFB Industries — Product delivered with manufacturing defect

To whomsover it may concern

We bought washing machine from your authorised dealer on june 21, 2017 and when the person cam for demo he reported it as defective product and assured that it will be exchanged within 02 working days.

Today we are on july 11, 2017 and your company customer care and dealer is making fool o[censored]s. We are sitting handicapped and invested inr 33000 on this machine

Till date it has not been resolved and every day we are assured it will come. Earlier it was said gst issue and now out of stock. Gst is your problem and out of stock is also your problem

I would like to know how we wash our clothes, and will you pay me the laundry charges and my medical bills if i fall sick washing clothes with my hand. I have slip disc issue and if i dont get any anwer or resolution latest by tommorow i will take you to consumer court with my medical documents and your bill and all the false details provided till date

If you are not able to solve please refund our money latest by tommorow
