This is happend with me in fourth time..first i purchased ifb 6.5 kg machine from amazon site but i received damaged machine then i put the replacement request but again i received damaged prodect. Secondly I purchased ifb machine from flipkart on 16 October but till 26th i didn't get machine I also called to customer care to many times but didn't get postive response on 28th they told me to cancel this product it was very unpleasant behavior. Then i purchased ifb machine from shop but i received a defective product (not working properly not a single function working properly ) it is very disappointed from ifb.
