[Resolved]  IFB Industries — regarding my washing machine

Some voice was coming from my machine so i called ifb executive. He comes to my house and checks my washing machine and said that there is barrier issue which can be solved by inserting a new one, then he goes. After 2-3 days i called in ifb office raipur, chattisgarh i talked with the head of that office he told me that the parts are coming from goa, so it will take some time to reach raipur. Its 10-12 days then i again called and talked with the head, now he told i will take 3 more days.!!! Such a ridiculus service they are providing to us. After 3 days one of the executive from ifb come to repair the machine, first thing i called him at 11 am in the morning so that he can easily repair the machine in the light of sun. He comes at 6 pm in the evening and also he forgetted necessary tools for opening the machine, so he said he will come tomorrow morning surely. The next day i called him at 11:30 am in the morning he said he will come till 12 pm afternoon. He comed at 2 pm. Such a shame no value of time. He came at 2pm and now also he forgotted his tools... 😡😡 and he hasn’t came.. Are you making your customers fool?? Such a shame and very very bad customer service from ifb, i will never buy any product from ifb now and i will not keep quiet i will definately take some action.
