[Resolved]  IFB Industries — related to poor services.

The washing machine was purchased on 16-nov-2013.
It became defective on 9 oct. We got it repaired from your company. But now, again the same problem is there i. E related to the bearings. The defect was not removed properly. Since your product is very popular and we never expected such defect in such a short period. It seems that proper repair was not done. Please check and do to needful to make the machine workable.

We have called ur authority many time but dey not responding...they coming and checking and then from next day it's not working...if now u not responding we will direct complaint to your owner of this brand...come soon and repair it as soon as...without machine it's very difficult...
