[Resolved]  IFB Industries — repetitive failure of pcb/touch button and lamp of elite plus 7.5 kg

Urgency - Super Urgent.

I purchased Elite plus - 7.5 kg washing machine in Aug. 2016 from IFB point Pune. After 6 months of purchase, Machine started giving problems related to PCB and touch buttons. The lamp provided inside tub is also stopped working.

Till now, PCB has been replaced more than 2 times, however problem is not yet solved. The lamp is still not working. I asked for replacement of machine to customer care but did not get positive response. It is surprising to know that IFB even doesn't have customer care email address.

I have paid such huge amount to get best in class machine but now I am totally annoyed with the kind of service IFB is giving. Last time it took 15 days to resolve my problem!!! I have kids at home and we are totally dependant on machine. imagine 15 days without machine is disastrous.

I need replacement of machine or my money back. Cannot continue with such faulty machine anymore.

I have Ifb washing machine. My door seal is damaged. I called service, Agra through customer care . They brought duplicate, damaged and dirty door seal. Was charging 600 for service and 800 for seal. New seal was looking duplicate and old. Called call centre many times but I guess service centre if Agra us cheating with us. Need immediate response
