Hello sir,
I am complaining about your staff mr. Vaibhav tarapure from akola head quarter.
He is very unprofessional and arrogant in talking with the client. For only 40rs matter, he is talking like rubbish on phone. The company with this high reputation have such a low grade staff, i cant understand. And the language of this staff is like a roadside vendor. I am waiting for your satisfactory reply..

I have raised a service request for my washing machine with ticket no[protected] on 17.06.2021.Ifb staff came for servicing on 19.06.2021, he Doesn't fit the connector pipe correctly and left after switching on tub clean.As we are working people we came back at evening and observed the pipe was not fitted properly so we immediately called him to make it properly fitted.He said that he will come on next day morning but he didn't turned up.so I Hve repeatedly called him on day after tomorrow I.e on 21.06.2021 but he didn't even answer his calls.when I called from another mobile he immediately answered and said he was on leave.what a irresponsible service person IFB have provided us.we are unable to use our machine from last 2 days.its so irresponsibile behaviour of staff Mr.Ramu who attended the ticket no
