[Resolved]  IFB Industries — Senator Aqua SX 8KG

Dear Sir /Madam,

I am using IFB senator Aqua SX 8 kg front load washing machine. The washing machine is showing error message as please door lock even door is locked all of the sudden. I have approached IFB customer service center and requested for check the problem. They charged 650 rupees just for identify the problem and told the PCB and Door lock is not working. and they have to change and cost would be around 9000 including both door lock censor and PCB which is too much and there would not be any warranty or guarantee for that.

Never ever go with IFB because of too much cost of service and spares.

Dear IFB - Please let us the actual cost of PCB and is there any guarantee for that.

After spending huge money if there is no guarantee how to believe the brand. And they said if door lock not works PCB also not work. Every time we have spend thousands of rupees for PCB and Door lock.
Worst technology.

I got a call from IFB customer care and they have responded very well and provided solution .As per their suggestion only, I had called to local representative communicated the same to him. Then he took local service center team in to conference call and took my details . The service center team told me that they will send technician with in two days. I waited 2 days and now made a call to customer service center but they are lifting my call but not talking anything and just keeping the phone aside. I have tried couple times then customer care franchise owner talked to me and said that it will takes time and how many days it will take I don't know like that he replied.

I have called to sales representative and conveyed the same, he was telling me that since you had given complaint on him, his ego hurt that's why they don't want send technician. I told to sales representative as a customer its my right to know the prices of spare parts and if he didn't commit any mistake then why should he feel. During the call with sales representative I understand that sales representative and customer service both are playing with me.

Finally the sales representative was saying if you complaint like that, nothing you will get from my side and you will not get any help from my side and my company side. Then I have asked him are feeling customer is beggar? He said that's what I am saying you will not get any help from my side you do whatever you can do, nothing will happen to me. I told him I will raise a request again about this issue, then he said even if you give complaint it comes to me only, nothing you will get.

I have recorded the call conversation also.

What I feel that, The customer service center and local sales representatives are taking personally about customer complaints and playing with customer.

I really appreciate the head office customer care team member because they are really talking to customers very professionally but the local teams are bothering customers like anything.

I hope that I would get response at the earliest.

I got call from IFB APPLIANCES and they committed to me provide resolution. But local customer service center team not even considering about the the HO customer care team committed to me. Very poor service.
