I logged a service request [protected] on 18th October to repair my IFB clothes dryer machine and till now the service has not been provided.
I made multiple follow ups so far.
18-Oct - Ticket logged (Phone)
25-Oct - First follow-up (phone)
28-Oct - Second follow-up (Phone)
14-Nov - Third follow-up (phone)
23-Nov - Fourth follow-up (phone and email)
25-Nov - Fifth follow-up (email)
I came to know that my service request has been cancelled twice without my knowledge. I have been informed that the cancellation has been done as per the updates from your vendor. I am very much surprised to know this and I am wondering what kind of quality checks and customer notifications (sms or email) you have in place while providing service to customers. You blindly trust your vendors and cancel the service requests without any checks and notifications.
