[Resolved] IFB Industries — Service complaint open since 18th Oct - no service provided till now

I logged a service request [protected] on 18th October to repair my IFB clothes dryer machine and till now the service has not been provided. I made multiple follow ups so far. 18-Oct - Ticket logged (Phone) 25-Oct - First follow-up (phone) 28-Oct - Second follow-up (Phone) 14-Nov - Third follow-up (phone) 23-Nov - Fourth follow-up (phone and email) 25-Nov - Fifth follow-up (email) I came to know that my service request has been cancelled twice without my knowledge. I have been informed that the cancellation has been done as per the updates from your vendor. I am very much surprised to know this and I am wondering what kind of quality checks and customer notifications (sms or email) you have in place while providing service to customers. You blindly trust your vendors and cancel the service requests without any checks and notifications. I made multiple follow up in email but till now did not receive an acknowledgement/response even once. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Nov 29, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved IFB area service manager contacted me and assured me of immediate resolution. The parts have been procured and the problem has been resolved within 2 days. IFB Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
